Recipe Name: | Mini Quiche |
Background and Description: | I saw this at an Eggtoberfest a couple of years ago. It really amazed me how easy and fancy this could be. |
Ingredients: | Cooked bacon chopped Cooked sausage links (chopped) or ground Eggs or egg substitute Round wanton wrappers Shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp) green onions chopped mushrooms chopped milk Mini muffin pans (I like disposable ones) Non-stick spray Texas Rib Ranger |
Recipe Instructions: | Bring grill to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pans with non-stick spray. Place a round wanton wrapper in each muffin whole, set aside. Mix eggs or egg substitute with milk, set aside. Place some bacon, sausage, onion and cheese into each space in muffin pan. Use which ever combination you prefer, they do not have to be the same experiment with what you like to eat. Fill each muffin space with egg mixture to almost the top, sprinkle with a little Texas Rib Ranger, and bake on grill for 15 minutes. |
Recipe Summary: | Its quick and easy and very versatile. Put what you like to eat in the muffin tins. Make enough for a group for brunch. Everyone will think you slaved for hours to make this tasty treat. |
