Ingredients:
- 3 cups ham; diced
- 1 large onion; diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz frozen broccoli
- 8 oz sour cream
- 7-8 medium potatoes; sliced
- 8 oz cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a 12″ Dutch oven
- Cook at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender – put more heat on the top than the bottom of the dutch oven
- Stir occasionally to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom of the dutch oven
