I have had a tender beef brisket twice in the last week and have a hunger to BBQ Brisket in the next couple of weekends. I am wanting to try a new recipe that provides a different twist to what I normally cook up.

However, I want to try a recommended BBQ Brisket Recipe rather than a random recipe. Please provide your favorite (AMAZING) Brisket recipe below and I will try it out and let you know what I think.
