Chicken and Pork Jambalaya Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-14 oz can tomatoes, diced
- 2-14 oz cans chicken broth
- 2 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbs parsley
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper
- ½ lb Hillshire farms sausage, cut ½ inch circles
- ½ lb cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- tabasco to taste
- 1 cup raw rice
Directions:
- Saute onion, bell peppers, garlic in a hot oiled Dutch oven, stirring frequently until tender
- Stir in sausage, ham, and chicken and cook for 5 minutes
- Add all remaining ingredients and cover.
- Cook for 45-60 minutes over low heat stirring as needed.
