I love Barbecue’d spare ribs! There is something about getting a little messy as you eat that totally fits my personality. I love the way the meat pulls off the bones when you are eating the ribs and the crunchy taste of the BBQ sauce as it has been caressed by the open flame of the barbecue.

You have got to try the tangy sweet taste of these BBQ ribs with a tasty plumb sauce. Let me know what you think!
