Creole Tartar Sauce Recipe
A spicy creole tartar sauce recipe that is perfect for fish recipes that need a little kick.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Creole or whole-grain mustard
- 1 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbs chopped green onions
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- ½ tsp hot sauce
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine tartar sauce ingredients in a small bowl
- Cover and chill at least 1 hour
Yield: 1 1/3 cups
