Ingredients:

  • 5-6 lbs of London Broil
  • Hearty bread or rolls
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce
  • Marinade:
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cups Teriyaki sauce
  • 4-5 celery sticks
  • ¼ onion – chopped
  • 2 carrots – sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves – peeled
  • 2-3 tbs Adobo seasoning
  • 2-3 tbs garlic salt
  • 2-3 tbs Worchestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Make five 1” deep cuts into each side of the meat
  2. Place meat and marinade ingredients in a one gallon re-sealable freezer bag
  3. Marinate for two days prior to game, turning the bag over every 6-8 hours to ensure that all sides of the meat become saturated with marinade
  4. Flip meat while grilling in order to prevent burning
  5. Cook to your taste
  6. Slice meat about 1/8” thick, across the grain
  7. Serve on any hearty bread or roll with Monterey Jack cheese or straight up with you favorite style BBQ sauce
