Ingredients:
- 5-6 lbs of London Broil
- Hearty bread or rolls
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Your favorite BBQ sauce
- Marinade:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 3 cups Teriyaki sauce
- 4-5 celery sticks
- ¼ onion – chopped
- 2 carrots – sliced
- 4 garlic cloves – peeled
- 2-3 tbs Adobo seasoning
- 2-3 tbs garlic salt
- 2-3 tbs Worchestershire sauce
- ¼ cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing
Directions:
- Make five 1” deep cuts into each side of the meat
- Place meat and marinade ingredients in a one gallon re-sealable freezer bag
- Marinate for two days prior to game, turning the bag over every 6-8 hours to ensure that all sides of the meat become saturated with marinade
- Flip meat while grilling in order to prevent burning
- Cook to your taste
- Slice meat about 1/8” thick, across the grain
- Serve on any hearty bread or roll with Monterey Jack cheese or straight up with you favorite style BBQ sauce
