We have more cucumbers than what the law allows…and more are coming. We won’t ever have to buy another jar of pickles ever again LOL. BUT the good thing about cucumbers is that you can make cold salads with them. Since I am grilling ribs for some of my staff this week, Jackie said she would make her famous deviled eggs and I have a choice between two cucumber salads. I like both but don’t know which one to make. They are both easy so probably will make them both. Try the Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe here, and compare that to the Chilled Cucumber Salad recipe and choose your favorite. I like them both for different reasons.

If you have a better recipe or one to share…please pass it along! I like these recipes for tailgating because they are super easy to make at home, easy-to-carry to the game, and delicious. This is one of the healthier dishes you can make and take as well!
