Chilled Cucumber Salad Recipe

CHILLED CUCUMBER SALAD
EVERYDAY INGREDIENTS:
2 cups thinly sliced cucumbers
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 cup thinly sliced Vidalia onions
1 cup cherry tomato halves
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
1 dash cayenne pepper
SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP ONE: Assemble all ingredients and cooking utensils.
STEP TWO: Place cucumber slices in a glass bowl and sprinkle with salt. Stir in salt.
STEP THREE: Place remaining ingredients in a small glass bowl and whisk to combine.
STEP FOUR: Pour mixture over cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. Toss lightly.
LAST STEP: Refrigerate overnight and stir lightly before serving.
