Wild Willy’s One-Derful Barbeque Rub or Mix
- 6 tbs paprika
- 1 tbs chili powder
- 2 tbs ground black pepper
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs salt
- 1 tbs cayenne pepper
- 2 tbs sugar
- Combine rub ingredients in a bowl
- Rub the meat completely (inside and out for poultry)
- Place meat in plastic bags and refridgerate overnight before grilling, smoking, etc.
This rub will store well in a sealed container.
