Ingredients:

  • 3 cups ham; diced
  • 1 large onion; diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz frozen broccoli
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 7-8 medium potatoes; sliced
  • 8 oz cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 12″ Dutch oven
  2. Cook at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender – put more heat on the top than the bottom of the dutch oven
  3. Stir occasionally to ensure nothing sticks to the bottom of the dutch oven
