		<description>I followed the advice from one cook book by taking an empty can, filling it three-quarters of the way with beer and setting it on the grill with the meat before putting the cover on.  I had prepped the beef with a marinade, but I also had pork chops that didn&#039;t get any special attention beyond being rubbed with garlic oil.  The beer really added a depth of flavor to the meat that surprised me.</description>
