I love Greek/Mediterranean flavors and I just knew that the flavors of the aioli would compliment the marinated pork tenderloin perfectly!
This is an easy and flavorful way to grill Ribeyes. I just found this through trial and error over the years and my family LOVES it.
A delicious traditional Greek dish

I created this one night when I realized it had been years since I had actually made kabobs. The beef marinates in a mixture of hot sauce and beer… add the cooling aioli and it’s the perfect combination.
This is something I have often have thrown together and have adjusted seasoning to taste. Prep time for this is recipe is approximately 15 minutes.

This recipe is a grilled shrimp recipe that is both simple and savory. The marinade is light yet flavorful.
BBQ Chicken (cooked on pit)

This is my family’s favorite taco recipe. Its very easy to do. You can make the aioli and avocado salsa ahead of time. Then just grill, assemble and enjoy
The background of this recipe extends back to this last summer. I started grilling steaks and come up with a marinate and barbecue sauce that is good with the ribeye steaks. The barbecue sauce is also good with pork ribs and chicken. The barbecue sauce is a good all around sauce.

Everyone loves pizza. It’s simple, delicious and can be made up in a variety of ways to suit almost anyone’s taste buds or nutritional requirements. It’s hot and crispy mixed with a bit of melty/cheesy and that makes it absolutely fantastic. I think most people would agree that pizza is almost never horrible, but all [...]

Spring is here. It’s time to open the windows, shake out the rugs, and—best of all—fire up the grill. But what to do when April showers yield March winds rather than May flowers? Not to worry! It’s still possible to attain the flame-licked flavor, even if the beloved Weber has to remain under its cover [...]

This is a simple dish with all sorts of summer feel to it. The pineapple and mango not only compliment the pork with the flavor, but it’s also brings a slight coolness to the spicy chop.
