This sauce I have been working on this sauce for the last 10 years, off and on, and finally come up with this recipe.

Ingredients:

4 cups                 Teriyaki sauce


1-2 pound bag   Brown sugar


3 cups                 Dark corn syrup


2 cups                 Ketchup
1-14 oz can        Chicken broth


1-12 oz can        Tomato paste


1 cup                   White vinegar


1-7 oz bottle       Hoisin sauce


3/4 cup                Orange Marmalade


1/2 cup                Mustard, prepared


1/2 cup                Soy sauce


1/4 cup                Molasses


1/4 cup                Mesquite smoke


1/4 cup                Shake n bake, bbq glaze


1/4 cup                Fruit pectin


2 teaspoons      Ginger, ground

Recipe Instructions:

     In a large sauce pan, add all of the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2 hours or until the desired thickness.


Recipe Summary:

Use chicken hind quarters. Grill chicken and use sauce as a glaze and dipping sauce.
